Dear Reader: I’ve tried this juice – so I most definitely know about its strengthening effects on my immune system. This is the Antibiotic Juice Recipe from Dr. Sandra Cabot of Australia:
- 2 large carrots
- 1 beetroot – with tops
- spinach – 3 leaves
- 1 orange
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- peeled garlic 1-2 cloves – OR – 1/4 red onion
- ginger root -1/2″ fresh
- 1 red horseradish
- 1 red or green capsicum (pepper)
Notes from Dr. Cabot: Use fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, thyme, coriander, mint or oregano. Not all juicers will chop these up well enough. These are important ingredients. If the person prefers their juice sweeter, use this: A little more apple, few pieces of watermelon, or a pear. End of recipe.
